What if I cannot install or use the vacuum cleaner normally？And how do I purchase original accessories?
There is an email address on the manual, packaging box, and card. Please send your issue and order ID(17 digits on the order page) to this email, we will solve the problem for you ASAP. The original accessories you can buy in the INTETURE store.
Does the BP20 vacuum cleaner have a wall-mounted charging function?
Yes. Currently only BP20 has this function. Install the bracket and connect the original charger to the station, just place the vacuum on the bracket and it will charge automatically.
How long is the battery life on this model? Can I get an extra battery?
Energy-saving mode 40-55 mins, MAX mode 15-20 mins.Battery life depends on the setting and surfaces, so it mightn‘t always be exactly what we list.
What surface is the BP20 vacuum cleaner suitable for cleaning？
Cordless vacuum cleaners are suitable for cleaning hard floors (ceramic tiles, wooden boards, marble surfaces etc), carpets, sofas, stairs, beds, crevices, cars, and for deep cleaning of dust, hair, pet hair, cat litter, dog food,and paper scraps etc
